Uruguay’s President Jose Mujica says he has been equipped $1m for his vintage Volkswagen Beetle. Mr Mujica, once dubbed “the poorest president on this planet” as a consequence of his modest daily life, stated the offer had arrive from an Arab sheikh. Ben Bland reports.
