Extinct US President Donald Trump fraudulently inflated his wealth by up to $3.6bn to procure low price loans, a New York think has dominated in civil lawsuit.
The decision resolves a key claim made by New York’s felony official fashioned in her civil lawsuit towards the aged president.
Attorney Overall Letitia James sued Mr Trump closing September, accusing him and the Trump Group of mendacity about his win price and asset values between 2011 and 2021.
